Karli secures financing for both residential and commercial clients drawing from her own experience, and by leveraging her team of residential and commercial professionals. She helps her clients maximize their real estate investment value through institutional, mezzanine and private financing. Access to her lender network provides a wide array of options from which to choose in identifying the greatest savings for her clients as they purchase or refinance property.
Karli holds an undergraduate degree in Arts from The University of British Columbia and a Sales and Marketing Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
She is a Mom of two unstoppable boys, and when she isn’t singing her clients’ praises to prospective lenders, she loves skiing, triathlon sports, the mountains, and the water.
